Epifini gives business leaders the information they need to make the right decisions and become better leaders.

Everything in your business is interconnected

Epifini understands this, which is why every question is weighted and scored against every other questions. Nothing is siloed, everything is connected. This is also true for every business element and factor.

Not a survey

A human being has the potential to ask you thousands of questions but might only ask a few to get the information they need. Epifini works on this principle. There are thousands of questions, even though you might only be asked 80. This is why this isn’t a survey or a decision tree but a conversation.

These are the steps to your journey with Epifini

1. You answer Epifini questions

When Epifini starts running an analysis on your business, you are essentially having a conversation. Epifini asks you questions and, based on your answers, it evaluates the next best question.

Epifini accomplishes this by the use of an Active Learning algorithm which is a subset of Artificial Intelligence.

Only Epifini know how many questions it needs to ask you. Therefore the amount of questions asked and time spent to answer them will vary from person to person.

On average it should take you less than 90 minutes.

2. Epifini gives you a comprehensive report

The moment Epifini has enough information the ‘view report’ button will light up. You click on it and your report will appear instantly. It’s very comprehensive and easy to navigate.

There are 4 main sections:

The Dashboard

This tells you how the business is performing across the 3 main categories of Leadership, People and Operations.

Report Elements

The Element overview

This is the next level down that shows you how each of the 6 Elements of your business are performing.

The Factor Details

These are the items that need to be addressed in order to address the business’s weak points. They are all interconnected; that means Epifini may recommend that you focus on an area that isn’t directly related to the weakest Element.

The Priority List

Epifini will let you know what to do first and by when.

3. You debrief your report with an Epifini team member or your channel partner

You’ll be contacted within 24 hours to debrief the report. You’ll discuss what needs to be done and how long it might take.

You’ll understand the types of skills needed to fix the problems that have been identified.

You may have someone in your business already who can get it done. If not – don’t worry – we can direct you to an independent specialists who can help.

“We used Epifini during an annual strategy review to help shed light on issues. Using Epifini was easy and engaging and the results were exactly on point. The whole end to end process really helped the leadership to focus and put our resources into what was needed most”

Ori Gold, CEO, Bench

“Epifini provided real value and having adopted the recommendations and areas of prioritisation in our 2018 strategy, we’ve already noticed major improvements to the business.”

Louise Langridge, Regional Managing Director APAC, Morgan McKinley

“Any CEO of a growing business benefits from having their finger on the pulse of the people, the operation, as well as their own strengths and weaknesses. Using Epifini helped me do just that, gaining insight and building an accurate picture of our company. This enabled the team to focus our energy where it was needed most.”

Peter Harris, Managing Director APAC, Vision Critical

“I found the platform easy to use and navigate through. The questions were thought-provoking and allowed for a deep dive into all aspects of my business which was very insightful – if not rather exhausting. The overall experience was extremely useful to identify short term and long term goals, and immediate wins to improve on my business.
